Inspections—Customer Service
Managers that do everything required to schedule, order, perform
and follow through on quality assurance inspections.
Direct Communication—that
enables the generation and transmission of work requests from our
clients to Elite supervisors, managers and crews.
Workload Management—that
facilitates the generation of work orders by either office-based
customer representatives, or field-based Elite
personnel.
Periodic Maintenance Tasks—are
scheduled for a weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual
basis. Calendars and itineraries are printed for each scheduled
project by date, job, supervisor and crew. Elite's supervisors and
maintenance crews use these tools to track and complete periodic
maintenance tasks. This helps ensure compliance to meeting our
contract obligations on schedule.
